Barnt Green Station Passenger Footbridge

The footbridge at Barnt Green remains from the days of  the Midland Railaway. An attempt is being made to try and ensure that it can be preserved for future generations. Attempts to make the bridge a listed building has so far failed

 

It is not known if it is under immediate threat when the line is electrified down to Bromsgrove.  But should it need to be removed then it is hoped that it will bve re sited somewhere else.
